Hello dear Understand your concern Virginity has been lost means hymen has been broken. It is not considered as a absolute sign of loss of virginity. Hymen can be broken by non sexual activity like athletic activity, sitting astride, cycling, biking, horse riding, climbing on tree etc. Gynecologist will tell about the broken hymen by pelvic examination and penis easily enter in to the vagina without obstruction. If you have excessive worry and dpression, Only way to repair the broken hymen is by plastic surgery that repair the hymen/construct the hymen.
