How To Control Sugar Levels In Diabetes?

I am a diabetic for 4 months. I am male, aged 35 years. Now I am using Zoryl M1 (0.5 mg) in the morning and 0.5 mg. in the night. The sugar level is dropping down to 80 after 3 hrs. in the morning and becoming weak. If am not taking medication it is going upto 160. (random check). What is the solution for this?

My opinion is that the medication is slightly strong for you.
please do FBS, PPBS and meet a diabetologist for finetuning your drug dosage. Another small advice please do not do random blood sugars. they dont help in adjusting your dose. I am sure you will do well with a smaller dose. all the best!
