Dear patient
Best method of sugar control in diabetic patient is injection insulin with regular sugar check ups. Avoid sweet foods and fatty foods. Do excersise regularly and on daily basis. Make calorie chart of daily intake of foods. Also do meditation and relaxation. Stress increases blood sugar levels and alters control of sugar. Your weigh is normal and this helps you in sugar control.
