How To Control Obesity While On Ketonic Diet With No Result?

I have been on a ketonic diet for 4 months..and not lost weight...with help from the company i have changed things but still no luck. I realise i must stay for life on it now as will quickly gain weight if i go back to eating carbs. The benefits are good...i am not hungry[so i must be in ketosis?]...but what am i doing wrong? janet clarke

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Some persons may find it more difficult to lose weight than others. You may want to consider a food diary for a few days to carefully document what foods you are using that may be hindering your weight loss.

In addition other factors may affect weight loss such as any medication you may be using and also your level of activity.
You may also want to review your medications with your doctor to see if any of these may be the problem.

The fact that you are not hungry does not necessarily mean you are in ketosis.

You may also want to join a low carb forum or the atkins website for help and information.

I hope this helps
