Hello doctor.. im having T.B. in back bone L4 and L5, last from 15month im having medicens R-Cinex600 .. now im having problm of weight gain.. itz increasing day by day.. when i startd this treatment my weight was 60kg nn now itz 80kg.. plz tell me the solution toh contorl it or itz gona b lose after my treatment automecitly.

Many people tend to gain weight with anti tuberculosis treatment.
This happens due to improved appetite.
Watch your calorie intake and do regular aetobic exercises for at least 45 minutes a day.Avoid sugar,sweets,junk foods and colas.
Get tested for hypothyroidism also as low levels of thyroid hormones can also result in more weight.
