How To Control My High Blood Pressure?

hi doctor i am 45 yrs male one week back iave started lotensyl20 mg along wd cardace 10 in night but my bp still between 140-150/90-105 mm of hg kindly suggest me what should i do ?before these med i was on losarten50 mg bd but my cardiologist changed this med wd d above maintioned med.my height is 177 cm n wt is 85 kg i daily walk at least 30 mnts at 1km in 10 mnts along wd this iave bronchial asthama for that some time i use ventolin inhaler >so kindly help me n guide me what should i do

High blood pressure in your case can be treated with drugs like ace inhibitors lke ramipril or cardiopril.drugs like b blockers are contraindicated in case of asthma .reducing the intake of salt to less than 6 g per day can improve blood pressure.regular physical activity can improve the cardiac circulation.treatment with statins can reduce the blood cholesterol and aid to reduce the blood pressure.consult your cardiologist for further queries.
