How to control masturbation ? why this question needed for health ? 1) to over masturbation penis loss strength 2) loss ejecting power of sperm 3) over shaking time but sperm can not ejected by penis so can t satisfy your self even you see beautiful women 4) It may be decrease our sperm count number try to give bio technical solution to easily adopt body like masturbation habitat and how to naturally avoid this problem ?

Masturbation is a physiological need of men for sex.There is no protocol that one should go for masturbation this much time in this much period.
The desire we get for masturbation is hormonal controlled.
Penis strength has no relation to masturbation.
The time of ejeculation depend upon the quantity of semen.Frequent masturbation in a day or two prolong the time of sperm to come out.
Sex is in our mind.Once you have an orgasm a world's best beautiful women cannot excite you.
Over masturbation cannot decrease our sperm count so nothing to worry.
Just leave all worry about masturbation.Try to reduce its frequency by diverting your self in yoga.
Whenever you feel a desire of it go for it but remember that excess is always poison.
