How To Control Hair Fall?

i hv lost more than 3/4th of my hair in last 5-6 months....
m only 28 years old married lady and my daughter is 2 years old...i hv also taken xtraglo supplements and used xgain serum and shampoo..bt in vain....i daily eat sprouts in breakfast and checked my thyroid which is normal...plzzz suggest me some test or solution to this problem..
