Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

If baby is playful and feeding well, need not worry now. Just continue anti-pyretics and give frequent sips of fluids like ORS, along with breast feeds to avoid dehydration. Take her to pediatrician if fever continues beyond 72 hours, stool become blood stained or he becomes lethargic and not feeding.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
