How To Confirm The Condition Of Macrocephaly?

my baby girl is 7 month old. her head circumference is 42cm and all people say that she has macrocephaly. although her head circumference is normal but frontle bone of head is bulging outside. how can i find either her head is normal or not.what should we do now.

Microcephaly is defined as when the size of head circumference is more than 2 standard deviations of the normal.

At the age of 7 months, 42 centimetre is absolutely normal and in No way, this can be called as macrocephaly. That 2 standard deviationat this age a 45 centimetre, so I can assure you that your child head circumference is absolutely normal.

Sometimes, it is seen that the shape of head is different like there is frontal buzzing bulging, trigonocephalyt et. I think that you should not worry about this.
