How To Confirm That Abortion Is Done?

Hi I am 25years old & I am married I came to know that I am pregnant through pregnancy kit. According to me its 7 weeks over to avoid the pregnancy I took the tablet Mifepristone tablets Mifegest 200mg around 34 hours back but still there is no any kind of reaction but morning slightly bleeding happen thats all & I have lower stomach pain.So please suggeste me that what to do next I have to wait or any other proscription I have to continue. And how I came to know about abortion done.

In the current scenario, the dosage of the medication you have taken is unlikely to be sufficient for the age of the pregnancy. The best thing to do would be to see a specialist immediately, get a proper evaluation and also get a pelvic/trans-vaginal sonogram to know the status of the pelvic organs and proceed with the abortion if everything is favorable. You may need another dose or proceed for surgical abortion. Completion of the process can be known by a follow up sonogram after two weeks. Hope this helps.
