How To Confirm Pregnancy?

If I've been on birth control for months and am on the sugar pills now and had unprotected sex yesterday without a condom does the sugar pills still protect me from getting pregnant? Or what do I need to do to garuntee that I do not get pregnant right now?

Hi
Sugar pills are to control your blood sugar. They don't protect you from getting pregnant.
You have written that you have been on birth control pills for months. Are you still taking them. This fact did not become clear to me. If you are taking pills there is no need to worry. You will not get pregnant.

If you are not on pills consult your doctor and take emergency contraception pill at the earliest for it to be more effective. You need to take one tablet at the earliest and the second tablet after 12 hours. After this you should get your periods in 2-3 weeks. If not consult your gynecologist.
I hope I have answered to your satisfaction.
