How To Confirm A Successful Medical Abortion?
I was given the mifegyne to swallow at 15:50 hours today and was asked to insert 4 tablets of misoprostol by 4pm. When I passed urine at approximately 19:15pm there was a tablet that passed with it on my tissue when cleaning. I re-inserted the tablet and could feel another two when I did this so pushed them up as high as possible. However, I have light cramps and diarrhoea but no bleeding yet and it's now 7 hours later. Has the abortion pill worked or do I need to go back to more inserted?
