Hallow Dear,

The very fact she had her menses after the intercourse proves that she is not pregnant. The dark spot found in the uterine cavity could be a little blood clot of the menstrual blood which will be expelled out subsequently.

Beta hCG test performed 10 days after the unprotected sex will confirm the status of pregnancy.

Zincovit is a tonic. Nothing to do with the pregnancy.

I hope this helps you.
