How To Conceive?

confused I m trying to get pregnant but can t seem to quit smoking. I know I ll be able to quit with no problem once I know for sure I m pregnant. I just now ovulated on the 14th... Can smoking during the implantation process make it where I won t get pregnant? or should I cut back?

Hi,

It is better to quit smoking before you get pregnant and start taking Folic acid 5 mg. It is recommended to take Folic acid 3 months before you get pregnant to avoid neural tube defects. Smoking could make the entire pregnancy difficult for both the mother and fetus.
