How To Avoid Future Complications During Pregnancy?

Hi Doctor,

I have been diagonsed with anterior low lying placenta grade 0. Im an IT professional which requires sitting infront of computer for long hours and I commute to office by cabs which are at times jerky; my question is can I go to work or should I stay at home to avoid future complications?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

It would be advisable to get as much rest as possible, but aa you have not mentioned how far a due you are it would not be right to ask you to stay away from your job for long. If at all you can manage to get a long maternal leave, that would be great. But if you cannot, then request the cabbie to drive carefully and also try sit in a comfortable position at work.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
