Hello dear Understand your concern Better to go to a doctor that done your surgical abortion. Why do you want to go for another hospital/doctor. Surgical abortion should be done by experienced gynecologist under aseptic condition to prevent complication. Just consult the gynecologist and tell your previous history of surgical abortion that help you in better treatment. It is difficult to say whether abortion is surgical or miscarriage, but experienced person easily come to know from your history and by USG examination. If incomplete abortion is there , it will easily identified in the USG scan. Incomplete abortion should be treated by misoptostol or D& C procedure.
