hi ma'am..am 20 year old married girl.and i want to know any methods of easy abortion from home...as my menstural cycle crosses 2 days only...usually my periods time will be regular instead this month....i haven't taken any medicines so far for this...please suggest me any medicines...thank you

hi....if your cycle is v regular...and you have missed this period...first do your urine pregnancy test...if that is positive..we look for an ultrasound documentation of pregnancy in terms of to confirm..if it is intrauterine pregnancy....then gestational age in term of weeks...recommended.till 63 days from the last menstrual period we can go for the medical termination....means pills work good (95-97percent cases)..we give tab mifepristone
followed. by misoprost...after. 24-48 hours...then follow up after 2 weeks to be done. so we need to follow this regime for good success rates
