General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello,
i can understand your problem.
i would like to know your age and the no of pregnancies prior to this and history of abortions.
sluggish heart rate is a poor sign for survival of the fetus.
you should consult a gynecologist and termination of fetus should be done if advised.
since you are in first trimester you should not have any complications during the procedure. do revert for any further queries.
thanks for seeking advise.
I find this answer helpful
