How Soon Can Pregnancy Be Confirmed After Intercourse?

Hi Doc, Ttc for almost a year pcos both ovaries. First menst day may 22 and Lmp May 26. Took femara 2.5g twice a day from cd8 to cd22. Ruptured 3 matured follicles last june13 as per ultrasound (tvs). So I ovulated that time and we had sex from June 8 to 13. Taking duphaston from june13 the day I ovulated until Tom june26. I supposed to have my period last june22 but there is no period. What are the chances of pregnancy? I dont feel any symptoms. When can I take pregnancy test?. Im on metformin also for 100days 3times a day but 1/2 tablet per meal. Thank you

Hi I think you should do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy after stopping duphaston. If positive, consult your doctor. If negative, wait for the periods. You can try ovulation induction with timed intercourse by taking some medicines like clomiphene for inducing ovulation. Talk to your doctor regarding this. You can try like that for 3 to 6 cycles. Get a semen analysis done for your husband. Hope it helps.
