How Should Reduced Lumbar Spine Movement With Other Problems Be Treated?

Hi, i have severe lower back pain which also sends a shooting pain down my right leg. somedays the pain is so bad i cant walk or move. i went to a physio therapist and they said i have reduced lumbar spine movement in all directions and noticable swelling in the spine between the PSIS's. my knee jerks reflexes are hyper reflexive bilaterally and i have increased briskness in both ankle and knee jerks bilaterally. i have decreased sensation in my right calf and foot and i have a twitch in my right leg which is involuntary and not associated with the pain. what is your opinion?
