How Should Premature Ejaculation Be Treated?
I believe I have premature ejaculation problem. If I masturbate I do ejaculate most of the times within 2 minutes or sometimes even less than a minute, but once erect I can hold it long without exciting it (only rubbing just enough to hold it erect) for anywhere between 10-30 mins.
My main problem is I ejaculate because I feel my glands are very sensitive to touch and air exposure and I feel the warm heat in the glands(around the tip of penis) and so ejaculation happens quickly. I didn’t had sex with any woman until now because of this problem..and it is killing me mentally. Apart from this, I’m not really socializing with people.. both men/women since my childhood although I’m now more interested dating women.
My basic problem is expressing feelings .and so people think I’m closed mind…this is another problem putting more pressure on my mind. Please help

Looking to over all history given here, I would say that this is not the disease but this could be some kind of functional condition, apprehensiveness, over excitement may be the reason for this, you need be patience second actually intercourse matters a lot than masturbation, hope this information helps, take care.
