How Should Body Weakness Caused By An Allergy Be Treated?

my husband has had an allergy with a fish he ate a japanese restaurant at 2PM yesterday. he was given TELFAST 120 (fexofenadin) and CATAFLAM 50 (diclofenac kal) which he took 1 tab each after dinner. after about 3 hours, he cant stand up on his own and needs me to pull him up. and now at 1:30 am he is complaining his hands are so weak he cant even pull up his briefs after using the comfort room. why is feeling so weak? is this side effect of the medicines he took?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The antihistamine can potentially cause drowsiness but it should not be as severe as described.

If the allergic reaction was severe and has not completely resolved then this may be contributing to his symptoms.
If they continue , it would be best for him to visit his doctor for an assessment to rule out any other causes.

I hope this helps
