General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Bleeding after the mifepristone and misoprostol will depend on the age of the pregnancy and it is just more than the period blood with fetus tissue inside.
As bleeding has been started, it suggests starting of the abortion process.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination and USG scan to know the status of the pregnancy.
If need, gynecologist will provide extra dose of misoprostol under the observation of the gynecologist.
Do not take tablet by your self as it cause excessive bleeding and serious complication.
If drug will fails then pregnancy will terminate by the D & C.
Hope this may help you

Best regards
