hello,
people with asthma are prone to have dry skin and also a condition called atopic dermatitis.
avoid allergens that can increase this like cosmetics.
avoid dust smoke. wash your face regularly with a mild face wash.
in case of allergy contact the physician regarding the same.
continue your medication as per advise.
do not self medicate.
in case if the allergy worsen call the emergency number.
i hope i have answered your query.
take care and contact HCM in case of further query

Dermatologist Dr. Gaurang Krishna's  Response
Hello simon,
Use a lot of moisturizers.
Creams for the face and lotions for the body,. use them on a wet skin.
Maintaining good skin hydration would help in preventing severe bouts of dermatitis
