How Safe Is Taking Ecosprin For Deep Diastolic Notches In Both Uterine Arteries?

My age is 30, weight 76 and I am 22 weeks pregnant.I was diagnosed with deep diastolic notches in both right and left uterine artery in my 17 weeks scan, i was prescribed ecosprin and now in 22 weeks scan notch is remaining in right uterine artery though left one is now fine.I have now been rescribed additional arginine sachets.I am conceren about hopw it can be cured and if not what can be the consequences.Til now baby is perfectly fine and my BP is also normal.
