How Safe Is Taking Ofloxacin 200mg For UTI?

Hi, I've been diagnosed with UTI and was prescribed Ofloxacin 200 mg every 12 hours for 3 days. However, there was none available at the drugstore at that time. Only available dosage was 400. I've taken 3 400mg tablets every 12hours. Now I found 200mg available. Should I continue taking 200mg until the 3 days finish?

*It`s totally safe in recommended doses.
*Usual recommended dosage of Ofloxacin is 200mg 12 hourly or 400mg 24
hourly for better patient compliance .
*Now you have already taken 3 tab. of 400mg ofloxacin every 12 hours
which should not be the case, but anyway you don`t have to take any
further tab. of ofloxacin to complete 3 days.
