dear doctor, I'm a 27 year old lady..I have had painful nodules on the dorsum of my feet and the lateral aspects of my ankles for 3 years..recently, a doctor told me I had erythema nodosum.. several tests were done but no cause was found..I was put on indomethacin.. after 12 weeks the nodules seem to have resolved but now I get diffuse swelling over the same areas that is accompanied by hotness n discomfort in the affected areas.sometimes I feel numb in my feet..I'm at my wits end to know what the problem is..do you have any suggestions?
