How Many Tylenol Can Be Safely Taken For Dizziness From Migraine Headaches?
I am a 41 year old female who weighs 214 lbs . I suffer with migraine headaches that make my dizzy and weak. I fell around six pm yesterday and twisted my right ankle but I'm pretty sure that my left foot must be broken . I do have Tylenol 3 at home and have taken two at midnight but it didn't touch the pain . I'm now getting Charlie horses in my calf of my leg . Also been icing in down . What more can I do and how many Tylenol 3 can I safely take until I can get to the doctors office r hospital in the next six hours .

If this is headache with dizzy then this could be basilar type migraine because of your age this may be intense, certain factors are there that could trigger the episode, for the broken leg this need to be managed accordingly, this is orthopedic injury and may need orthopedic attention, for the migraine you can try Tab carbamazepine 200 mg once in day, hope this information helps, take care.
