General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Any infection takes some time to give its action.
After completion of course gradually infection will be cured.
Meanwhile if loos motions continued, give some anti-diarrhea medicine like Loperamide after consulting your doctor.
Give him plenty of water, electrolytes and ORS liquid to prevent dehydration.
Give him light diet like cure, rice, buttermilk.
Ok and take care.
