Hi, , I have itching all over my body with some red bumps at times and it can get severe at times 2 I also have loss of appetite Consulting My Dermatologist says that I have a parasitic infection and dryness issues I want your recommendation as to how I can treat the parasitic infection

in case u are having parasitic infection u can take Albendazole 400 mg OD stat and after that metronidazole 400 mg TDS for 1 week. but that itching could subside as the parasites and allergens goes away, but in case itching persists then u need to meet a dermatologist
