How Long Will It Take For New Skin To Grow After A Burn?
Hi, I have a burn on my arm (inside of elbow) that happened as a result of steam from a kettle last week. It developed a blister but it popped and the skin fell off. It s very painful and I don t think it s greying better. How long will it take for the skin to grow back? Any advice on how to treat it?
Recommend you to take a course of oral and topical antibiotics. I would recommend you to take tablet cephalexin 500 mg twice daily for 5-7 days and apply fusidic acid cream on the affected areas twice daily. It will take around 2 weeks to resolve.
