How Long Will Discomfort Last After Acid Got Into The Eyes And Sinus Cavities?
I got battery acid in my eye a week ago and received treatment then but my face( cheek bone, nose, jaw) has been hurting alot since the day after the acid but only that side. When I asked a doctor about it since I also have fever some she said the fever was from shock and that the acid went into my tear ducts and sinus cavities. I am also alergic to sulfur. Do you agree and if so how long will this last?

Keep using lubricating eye drops for a month or so.
If acid has passed in tear sac or tear duct , their patency must be checked by atleast an optometrist.
