How Long Will Blurry Vision Continue While Using Erythromycin Ointment?

I have been using erythromycin ointment, petroleum based, for 10 days, to allow a corneal erosion to heal. Main use is to lubricate so eyelid doesn t stick to cornea and tear when eye moves. Healing is taking place. My vision is blurry. One dose of ointment before bed, and vision stays blurry all next day. How long does it take for the blurriness to go away after I stop the ointment?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, without knowing the underlying cause of blurred vision can not say how many days it will take, in my opinion if this is not being seen by ophthalmologist then it need to be examined by eye surgeon, and this must not be taken as granted, till then just wash the eye with saline water, hope this information helps, take care.
