Hi, I m 34 years old. I had a suction abortion for a failed pregnancy at 13 weeks (the foetus had stopped growing at 8). Since then, I have had non-stop spotting (often brown) and a period (bled for about a week) 27 days after the operation. At that point, I had an ultrasound which discovered retained products of conception. Today, I had operative hysteroscopy to remove the retained products, and during the operation they discovered a fibroid with a submucus portion, which they removed (just the submucus part). How long will I have to wait to try to conceive again?.
