Hi,

Coqforte contain essential mineral and antioxidant substances. It works by neutralizing the free radicals and protecting against cell damage; acting an antioxidant by fighting free radicals in the body, preventing the blood clotting and help in conceiving by reducing oxidative stress.

You can take it for 2-4 months. High blood sugar may be due to insulin resistance and cause ovulatory dysfunction. You can ask for Metformin to reduce blood sugar and also reduce insulin resistance. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water, do regular exercise and reduce 10-12% body weight, take small frequent meal rather than large meal, avoid excessive sweet.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
