Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Valley fever is an extreme rare condition we have to confirm the diagnosis before commencing the treatment. Valley fever respond well to antifungals and can be cured within couple of weeks. Consult a physician or a pulmonologist and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
