How Long Does Pain From Fractured Ribs Last ?
I fractured my 7th rib Jan. 9 2011. After 2 weeks it started to feel better then out of nowhere yesterday it started to hurt like it did in the begining when I first fractured it and I was wondering if this was normal and about how long will it take to heal?

Hi..., The normal duration for any fracture to heal is around 90 to 100 days...,
but the rib fracure will heal by 4 to 6 weeks..., you need to give rest..,
not to exert the body to avoid motion to the rib..
it will heal by itself, only support is needed..
