How Long Does Marijuana And Its Effects Remain In The Body?

I am pregnant and have very horrible morning sickness . I had smoke marijuana before I got pregnant and up until I was 2 months . I have done a lot of research but was wondering how long it takes for marijuana to get out of the system . I have a 3 year old daughter and I am a good mother . just wanted honest non judgmental advice.

THC metabolites can show up in a urine toxicology screen for 2 to 4 weeks. With legalization, they have started doing research or risks and benefits during pregnancy but so far there is very little research saying how safe or dangerous THC use is. I would avoid further use and talk it over with your provider.
