Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com I have evaluated your query thoroughly .
* Need of dialysis is determined by so many clinical parameters as
- presence of acute infection phase - response of creatinine to other measures than dialysis - co morbid conditions as age , diabetes , BP problems - host immune response - others .
* So one requires complete case study with analysis of multiple factors to decide length of dialysis required for renal problem .
Hope this clears your query . Regards .
