Hello,

The HPV virus can stay in the body for years, in more cases our body fight against this virus and produce antibodies which can clear the virus within a couple of months.

Most of its strains can go without getting any treatment. Yes, less commonly you can have warts, moles or raised lesions over body with chemotherapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
