How Can HPV Infection Be Treated?

Hello , I am 31 year old . Last year I understood I have hpv 16 and 66 after a non protection sex. I checked up during this year and all my pap smears were negative. I have heard that hpv sometimes clears up by itself if you have a strong immune system. I want to ask if I have beauty implant breast surgery , will hpv hurt my body and lead to cancer ? Will the breast surgery weaken my immune system and prevent my body from clearing the hpv ?
