one should never smoke .it is injurious to health if it is in your habit .please take help from nicorette tablets .many people quited smoking with that.try to realise your value for you and your family..please never smoke cigarette.NICORETTE vill help you.

Thanks for query,
As there is healing taking place and some slough and soreness is there,wait about 10-15 days before starting smoking.
But during this time you did not smoke,craving for smoking might have gone so better quit smoking for ever.
Now after leaving smoking it is not difficult to quit.
