How Long After A Toenail Removal Can I Participate In Sports ?

How long should I avoid sports after ingrown toenail removal. How long should I avoid ice hockey? Its been 3-4 weeks now. Would I be fine to go back skating? I can walk for hours and hours and forget ive even had it done. How long till I go back, thanks
