How Is Mankind Unwanted Kit Used To Abort Pregnancy?

Dear Sir/mam I give the mankindunwanted kit to my friend she is not go to the doctor. Please suggest the solution. That can helf us.Actually she s normally period time was 17th sep 2014. but not come her period,then I was checked her urain from pregnency test kit that result was pissitive,so I give 1by1 the dose is given on 18th sep 2014. and on 21st sep that work done at 3 am,in case most blooding and pain up to 26thsel,but problem is, her normally period not come now,whenthier normal period s date is 15th oct 2014, so Sir/Mam i was again test of her urain,that result is Negative ( only one Red singed). with due respected Sir/mam, In this case, What I do at time?. Plese suggest that she have not go to doctor because she not want to go thier please and also suggest if period is not happen thenwhen I give her the kit... And I also want to say she have sometimes white type somthing out from vagina plese helf us. Sir/Mam what I do?. YYYY@YYYY

Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

First of all, she must undergo one blood test for beta-hCG to clear confusion about pregnancy.

1) On positive test, she must undergo medical abortion under the guidance of gynecologist, which will be helpful in emergency situation. Not to take those medicine by herself without doctor's prescription.

2) By procedure, at first, she needs to take Tab Mifepristone 200mg (ideally 600mg) on D1, after 48 hrs take 2 Tab Misoprostol 200mg in the morning and other 2 tabs need to insert inside vagina by doctor.

3) She may need double dose sometimes if proper bleeding DOESN'T start within 72 hrs. Soon after taking Tab Misoprostol, abdominal cramp and vaginal bleeding start within 7 days and next period may be earlier/delayed.

4) Post pill abortion, she must do a USG lower abdomen to check retained bits/ conceptional products if any and may need D &C to complete abortion.

5) Practice safe sex by using safe period/OCP/ other methods to prevent unwanted pregnancy.
