General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, read and understood that you have developed pain, redness and hot to touch sensation on the right ear pinna, you are feeling this like white patch like a blister and were exposed to sun .

This is usually due to a condition called chondritis and can occur due to insect bite, trivial trauma which goes unnoticed and so on.

I would give you a antihistamine and steroid if required. First of all relax as this is usually self-limiting.
I would follow this daily and aspirate followed by a tight bandage if there is fluid collection.
If you can , please consult an ENT Surgeon for clinical evaluation and further care.
