Hi, read and understood that you have developed pain, redness and hot to touch sensation on the right ear pinna, you are feeling this like white patch like a blister and were exposed to sun . This is usually due to a condition called chondritis and can occur due to insect bite, trivial trauma which goes unnoticed and so on. I would give you a antihistamine and steroid if required. First of all relax as this is usually self-limiting. I would follow this daily and aspirate followed by a tight bandage if there is fluid collection.
