I have gone carefully through your concern.
Your councern is :What is Nurotroy SR?
Nurotroy SR Tablet is a medicine that is used for the treatment of Anemia due to:
•      Folic Acid Deficiency,
•     Poor Diet,
•     Poor Absorption Of Food,
•      Low Hemoglobin and other conditions.

Nurotroy SR Tablet contains Folic Acid, Mecobalamin, and Pyridoxine as active ingredients.
•     Did you check your CBC?
•     CBC (Complete Blood Count, also known as Hemogram; includes Hemoglobin, WBC and Platelet counts

I would like to know did you check thyroid hormone level?
•     TSH ,Ft3,Ft4
•     May I know how is your blood sugar level after fasting blood sugar test?If the level is from 100 to 125 mg/dl (5,6 to 6.9mmol/L) is prediabetes. If its 126 mg/dl(7mmol/L) or higher on two separate test , you have diabetes .
•     Did you have done oral glucose tolerance test?
•     Your other concern is hight blood pressure . Can you tell me please the level? Is this in morning? Or before bed time?

- I would recommend to see a physician in person for a detailed clinical examination and to recommend some blood test such as:
•     CBC (Complete Blood Count, also known as Hemogram; includes Hemoglobin, WBC and Platelet counts)
•     TSH (check thyroid )
•     HbA1c (Glycosylated Hemoglobin = your last 3 months' glucose average).

If you have any further queries, please feel free to ask. I would be happy to help.
Best wishes
