muscle -
mainly made up of fiber and require protein .
they grow in size and quantity as we grow.
effect of hormone occur during puberty
they are flexible in size .
skeletal -
its made up of bone ,cartilage ,joint .
they mainly made up of calcium
they grow as we become elder up to 21-22 yrs
after these they fuse together and stop growing
