How Does One Determine The Ovulation Time?

I had my period January 11 till febuary 4 and haven t had it since my Dr doesn t know what is going on and my husband and I have been having unprotected sex and trying to have a baby. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests and all have said negative. how do I determine when my ovulation time is?

hi you are having a hormonal imbalance which is causing you ammenorhea. first you need to have a withdrawal bleeding and secondly you have to investigate cause for hormonal imbalance . you ahiukd get the following investigations done. cbc,Tsh,prolactin,and ultrasound to rule out pcos .for withdrawal bleeding take tab devry 10 mg twice a day for 5 days and you ll get your periods in a week.if all your reports come normal then you will have to undergo an ovulation monitoring to see whether you are ovulating or not and if yes to know the time when you are ovulating. all the best take care.
