Congratulations on making that decision to dump your old, unhealthy ways.
Answer:
Will Need
1. height, age, weight to calculate exercise and calorie manipulations for diet
2 age, sex to calculate Exercise Routine; Kcal or calorie manipulations
3.Medical diagnosis and medications, current supplements
4.Current diet
5.All diagnosis and lab values
In general, to briefly answer your question, fat burners on the market over the counter that do work but the side-effects can be nasty including loss of bowels. Energy Boosters may contain toxins to amphetamines to caffeine only. BCAAs can be useful if you know how to use them wait until you are on a meal and exercise regimen. CLA is fairly controversial and I would rather use DHA/EPA(Omega 3s are great for losing weight). Muscle needs carnitine and high protein diet, arginine -part of a basic meal plan as add-ons. Please adjust the mindset that success comes out of a bottle. It comes out of sweat and hard work. The pills and dietary manipulations are add-ons.

It is not medically ethical or possible to work on a lifestyle modification weight problem without a complete assessment involving a complete assessment involving the items I requested. Then, I will be equipped to provide you a safer approach to losing weight, toning up and maintaining your successes. If you are interested, write back and request me. Kathryn Shattler, MS,RDN
